Financial Questions

• How much does a specific service cost?
  • Dr. Niemi and Dr. Kathy welcome the opportunity to evaluate your needs and put together a treatment plan that will outline your options and cost. This will allow you to make the best decision for your specific oral and financial needs.

• Do you offer payment plans?
  • Please refer to our Financial Arrangement form.

• Do you take Care Credit?
  • At this time we do not accept Care Credit.

• Do you take ND Medicaid?
  • We are a provider that accepts ND Medicaid and at this time we are accepting new patients with ND Medicaid.

Dental Practice Questions

• Are you taking new patients?
  • We always welcome new patients.

• Do you do extractions?
  • We do simple extractions as well as surgical extractions without sedation.

• Do you do root canals?
  • We do root canal therapy including upper and lower molars utilizing the latest technology.

• Do you do bleaching/teeth whitening and what kind?
  • We do 2 types of bleaching: internal and external bleaching using custom trays.

• Do you do implants?
  • We work with the oral surgeon and do the restoration side of implants.

• Do you do orthodontics?
  • No we do not do orthodontics in our office. We do refer our patients to ADA certified orthodontists that attend an additional 4 years of schooling to provide you with optimal orthodontic results.

• Do you use nitrous gas or IV sedation?
  • We do have nitrous gas available to our patients. However, we do not do IV sedation. If you would like to be sedated for an extraction, we would have to refer you to an oral surgeon.
